It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Gary Powell’s passing. Gary was a distinguished attorney with over 40 years of legal service, including serving as Husch Blackwell’s Springfield office managing partner for many years and then in 2014 helping establish the Springfield office of Spencer Fane.

Known for his dedication to clients and civic involvement, Gary served as past president of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association and held leadership roles with several community organizations.

Gary’s impact on Husch Blackwell, the legal profession, and his community will not be forgotten.
