It is with sorrow that we share the news of the sudden passing of David Hendel, a talented attorney and DC-based alum who left Husch Blackwell in 2020. Born on June 8th, 1957, David's legal experience, particularly in Postal Contracting, made him a revered figure in his field.

He began his career as an Honors Attorney with the U.S. Postal Service and held prominent roles at various firms, including Wickwire Gavin and Akerman Senterfitt, before joining Husch Blackwell. David's unwavering commitment to justice and integrity left a lasting impact on clients and colleagues.

David was a cherished son, brother, husband, father, and adoring Pop Pop to his three granddaughters. Our thoughts are with his loved ones during this difficult time.
