Congratulations to Shirley Mensah who was sworn in on Monday, January 4, 2021 for a five-year term as chief magistrate judge for the Eastern District of Missouri. Shirley joined the Court in 2012 and prior to that, she was a partner is Husch Blackwell’s St. Louis office focusing on complex commercial, construction, product liability and toxic tort cases.
