Springfield, Missouri office alum Larissa Whittingham joined Retail Litigation Center as Vice President, Litigation Counsel and was recently sworn in to the U.S. Supreme Court Bar.

St. Louis office alum Richard Wolkowitz was featured in Institutional Investor in his article, “Why Almost Every Family Office Employee is Getting a Fat Raise in 2023.”

Deb Feder, Kansas City office alum, gave an interactive workshop to the women attorneys and professionals in our St. Louis office. It was a terrific turnout!

Madison office alum Jeff Vercauteren completed the Chicago Marathon last fall in support of Recovery on Water. Amazing!

On October 30, 3023, Governor Mike Parson named Springfield, Missouri office alum Judge Ginger Gooch to the Missouri Supreme Court.

Retired St. Louis office alum Alan Hoffman co-authored a book telling the inside story of how a hybrid rail/air transcontinental travel system became a household name as the "Airline of the Stars" before collapsing to the pressures of deregulation and predatory investors. The Harvard Law Bulletin Alumni Focus featured Harvard Law School graduate and retired Kansas City alum Ed Matheny, Harvard class of ’49. Simply amazing!

St. Louis office alum Tim McFarlin collaborated with current Madison office Associate Kimberly Gutierrez on an article published in multiple outlets focused on whether Mark Twain infringed a copyright belonging to Mary Ann Cord.
