Where are they now?

Congratulations to St. Louis alum Mark Falkowski for being selected as a Top 50 Corporate Counsel by OnConferences. The OnCon Icon awards recognize the world’s top corporate counsel and legal vendors. Finalists are voted on by peers. Mark left Husch Blackwell in 2016 and is now general counsel at Lindenwood University.

Congratulations to firm alum Mike Riopel for being recognized by NAIOP Wisconsin as 2021 Principal Member of the Year and as a five-time Developing Leader All-Star. Mike started his career with Husch Blackwell in our Milwaukee office. He credits attorneys Hal Karas and Brad Dallet for believing in him and giving him his first opportunity as a young lawyer. Kansas City office alum Uche Enemchukwu, who left Husch Blackwell in 2015, was pictured on the November 2021 cover of Corporate Adviser magazine with a corresponding article. Uche’s company, Nelu Diversified Consulting Solutions, recently expanded into the U.K. and launched its own DE&I certification suite. Our very own HB alum Adam Sachs got to shake hands with President Biden during his visit to Kansas City to solidify the passing of historic bi-partisan infrastructure legislation. 

Congratulations to HB alum Judge Jennifer Growcock for being appointed to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District. Judge Growcock was an associate in our Springfield, Missouri office from 2004-2010.
